Return & Refund Policy

Verdanté offers a 30-day return window. Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days from the confirmed delivery date of their order.


1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused;
  • Sealed in its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as received;
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic, haircare, and scalp treatment products, items that have been opened, tested, or used are strictly non-returnable.


2. Return Authorization

All returns require prior written authorization. To request a return, customers must contact our official support team at:

If approved, detailed return instructions and the authorized return address will be provided. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic evidence of:

  • The product received;
  • The packaging;
  • The shipping label.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products;
  • Promotional or discounted items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Limited-edition products;
  • Bundles or kits sold as a set.

5. Exchanges

Verdanté does not process direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different product must return the eligible item (if approved) and place a new order separately.


6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
